Hiring for Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager PPC for Manesar location

6-10 years

Role & Responsibilities: -

Responsible for production planning and control as per customer schedule and submit to production team and follow-up on daily basis.
Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues
Responsible for regular RM & BOP purchase planning and forecasting.
Submission of raw material requirements to purchase team and timely follow up for same.
Responsible for machine planning which type of component to be run on which machines.
Responsible for Making MIS reports, submit the MIS reports on daily basis to Plant Head.
Responsible for Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand and customer schedules.
Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Monitor all activity in press shop as per the schedule and daily planning for production.
Collaborate with quality control and other staff.
Responsible for monitoring all dispatch activities
Supplier/Vendor and customer dealing in accordance with requirement.
Responsible for scheduling of BOP, Raw materials, Consumables, Packaging Items, and all process requirement items.

Candidate having Good communication skills with sound knowledge of Advance Excel & Power point will be preferred.
