Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Executive in Accounts Payable, located in Gurugram, India. The role involves managing accounts payable processes, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely invoice processing and vendor payments, and reconciling accounts. Responsibilities also include tracking expenses, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations, and collaborating with internal departments for issue resolution. The Senior Executive will play a key role in maintaining transparency and efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, invoice management, and vendor payments
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and financial record-keeping
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
