Senior Executive Accountant

Role Overview:

The Senior Executive Accountant will play a pivotal role in managing the financial accounting framework of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This position requires a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and sound judgment in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations, VAT filings, and local tax laws
• Lead internal audits and coordinate with external auditors and consultants
• Support budget planning, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor internal controls and recommend process improvements
• Maintain vendor and stakeholder financial relationships in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• >5 years of proven accounting experience; healthcare sector experience is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Saudi tax and regulatory frameworks
• Proficiency in accounting platforms (e.g., Zoho, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a plus
