Senior Exceutive-MICE Operation(Domestic)

Role Overview

The MICE Operations – Domestic role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing domestic MICE programs including meetings, conferences, incentive trips, and exhibitions across India. The role focuses on operational excellence, vendor coordination, and smooth on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

Event Operations & Execution

• Plan and execute domestic MICE events across multiple cities
  
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics including venues, hotels, transport, production, and on-ground manpower
  
• Prepare detailed event schedules, rooming lists, movement plans, and operational checklists
  

Vendor & Hotel Coordination

• Liaise with hotels, venues, transporters, production vendors, and local suppliers
  
• Assist in negotiations for rates, inclusions, and service-level agreements
  
• Ensure timely confirmations, contracts, and operational readiness
  

Client & Internal Coordination

• Support client servicing teams by implementing approved event plans
  
• Act as a coordination point between clients, vendors, and internal teams
  
• Handle on-ground client and delegate requirements during the event
  

Budget & Documentation Support

• Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and post-event reconciliation
  
• Manage operational documentation such as POs, invoices, permits, and compliance requirements
  

On-ground Event Management

• Supervise set-ups, rehearsals, registrations, delegate movements, and dismantling
  
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time to ensure smooth event delivery
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of domestic travel, venues, and hospitality vendors
  
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
