Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire multiple engineering teams to achieve excellence.
• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and processes.
• Research and adopt emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Communicate with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
• Assess and address the business impact of technical decisions.
  

Requirements And Skills

• Proven work experience as a Senior Engineering Manager or in a senior technical leadership role.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in engineering management.
• Strong background in software architecture, development, and system design.
• Exposure to project management and agile delivery methodologies.
• In-depth understanding of coding languages and development frameworks.
• Expertise in operating systems, databases, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
