Senior Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer to join our growing real estate company in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within budget and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• Prepare and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions for engineering challenges.
• Prepare and submit technical reports and presentations.
• Manage and track project budgets and expenses.
• Resolve technical issues and provide timely solutions to problems.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of engineering processes and standards.
• Must have done drawing for Municipal submission and be capable of liaising which liaisons staff for completing municipal required drawing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate industry in Mumbai.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in high-rise construction, commercial projects, and residential projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards in India.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
