1. Long-term sales success in his assigned country-specific industry
2. Implementation of strategies and strategic area targets
3. Increase long-term sales and market shares with identified target accounts in the respective industry/segments in accordance with the industry management strategy 
4. Building and maintaining a regional and cross-regional network forknowledge and experience aiming at the optimal co-operation within the Group. 
5. Ensuring achievement of budgeted industry sales on country level
6.Gathering customer problems and providing proposals for new products 
  
1. Bachelor/ Master Degree Engineering (electrical, electronic or automation)
2. Hands on experience of min 8-10 years in automation sales (preferably) with exposure to the renewable energy clients.
3. Presentable, communicative, cultivated appearance and behavior
4. Ability to follow the market's technological developments and to identify potential business opportunities
5.  Experience, market and sector knowledge about the sales and marketing of complex products and solutions
