Job Description

As a Quality Engineer in the Solar Cell manufacturing industry, your role will be crucial in ensuring the quality standards are met throughout the production process. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ensuring the quality standards are maintained in the Solar Cell manufacturing process. Your expertise in quality control and data analysis will be essential in driving improvements and maintaining high-quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in Quality department of Solar Cell manufacturing - Knowledge of basic semiconductor physics, particularly important for Cell line - Certification in Six Sigma yellow belt/green belt/black belt - Conduct improvement projects using DMAIC methodology - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Advance Excel - Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools (SPC, CAPA, 8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M, Descriptive stat, Hypothesis) - Conduct line audits in each shift as per defined MQP/SOP/WI/ISO STANDARD/Report Preparation - Prepare NC closure & action plan for improvement - Calibration and Validation of cell tester (HALM/WAVELAB) for electrical and EL criteria in each shift - Experience in recipe setup of vision measurement system/metrological tools for accurate & precise measurement of product characteristics - IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report as well for management report - Lead improvement projects along with cross-functional teams (Six Sigma, QCC) **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in Quality department of Solar Cell manufacturing - Certification in Six Sigma yellow belt/green belt/black belt - Proficiency in data analysis tools like Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Advance Excel - Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in quality control and data analysis will be highly valued.
