Role: To support and assist operators working in Production - Machine section operations to develop and retain skills, to maximize the efficiency, quality of output production, Cycle time analysis, Wastage reduction through lean techniques, safety, 5S and involvement in various continuous improvement projects. 1. Machine section-operations OEE monitoring on daily basis. 2. Analysis of In process rejections and implementation of actions to reduce the rejections. 3. Supervising the all operations in production report to Section in-charges 4. Highlighting any shortage/discrepancy of material and confirming the alternate plan with PPC Production In-charge. 5. Optimum utilization of man, machine materials for reducing the wastage 6. To ensure all displays in shop floor (work instructions, OCPs, MSDS, safety related 5 S related documents) 7. Motivating the employees in the production team to participate in Suggestion scheme, QCC Kaizens 8. To update suggestions and QCC implementation status all over plant. 9. To update documents related ISO, IMS audits and lead the audit on ISO, IMS for production department and close any non conformity rised. 10. To motivate, arrange and conduct training programs to all over plant.

1.Ensuring effective utilization of available resources and product produced to be released with in 48hrs 2. Allocating of lines/Mcs as per PM schedule and responsible for accomplishing pre identified problems in PM 3.Accountable for updating documentations like hourly production track sheet , layer audit , shift report , CAPA, scrap handling 4.Ensuring quality products are produced along with the effective functioning of poka yoke and tracking the rejections 5. Ensure all process and product parameters are with in specification 6. Ensure safety is followed across the section (Proper PPE usage , identification of UAUC , zero accidents , engineering control effectiveness) 7. Follow and implementing 5S ,QCC , suggestions, JH concepts across the section 8. Identifying the skill level of each operator and provide training either internal/external and relieve the manpower for training 9. Tracking of manpower retention on weekly basis and motivating operators

Testing and release of Raw material, packing material and miscellaneous material samples. To maintain reserve sample as per SOP. Preparation of specifications of raw materials, packing material, in process and finished products and stability protocol as per requirement. Preparation of study protocols with respect to laboratory. Sampling of Raw material, packing material and miscellaneous material samples and maintain reserve sample as per SOP. Preparation of volumetric solutions, reagent solution, working standards and maintain records. To perform water analysis as per specification, SOP and GTP. To maintain daily water analysis trend record. To prepare and maintain Laboratory reagent and volumetric solution as per SOP. To keep neat and cleanliness at workplace and follow the good laboratory practices in the laboratory. Testing and release of in process, finished product, standards, and stability samples. To keep update of instruments logbooks and to record the data in Laboratory Notebook during testing. To perform the calibration, Maintenance of all instruments/equipment s as per respective schedule. To attain and complete self- training record. Preparation of indents as per the materials/product requirements. To prepare COA of various product/material as per requirement whenever required. Responsible to share the login credentials with new joiners. To ensure that employees in the department are trained as per the function mapping before work. To upload training copy of new/ revised SOP To ensure training and training related activities for the Department. To ensure the regular updating of Ad hoc/Classroom training details in training software. To generate re-training of any SOP for an employee/s as and when required Submit the employee training files to training cell in case any employee left or no longer with the organization. Responsible as a Department training coordinator (DTC) for the QCC Department Initiate AIMS Requisition for creation, modification, removal, addition, or employee inactivation in AIMS Software. Preparation and review of QC related SOPS. Preparation of general test procedures, method of analysis, specification as per requirement of raw material and packaging material. Perform routine tests and experiments on samples using laboratory instruments and equipments including chromatography, spectroscopy, titration and other analytical methods Record and document test results, observations and experimental data in raw data book, process register and in individual raw data book.
