Job Description

What you can look forward to as Senior Engineer Production (m/f/d):

Manage (Lead) operators in the line operation by workstations.
Manage the hourly count performance & cell performance board
Ensure adherence to standard work, SHE standards , 5 S standards, Change over standards, tooling managementTrain, coach and assess line operators.
Engage operations for Employees suggestions in S/Q/C/P etc.
Update and monitor the line-side operation dashboard every 60 min.

Your profile as Senior Engineer Production (m/f/d):

7+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically in the automotive sector, with expertise in manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices.
Proven ability to implement advanced manufacturing concepts like Kaizen, Lean, SMED, and TQM, achieving cost optimization and waste reduction.
Proficiency in MS Windows, AutoCAD, PLC, and CNC programming, with a deep understanding of manufacturing automation and processes.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of coordinating value stream support functions and cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, coupled with a disciplined, systematic, and integrity-driven approach to managing complex manufacturing environments
