Job Description

As a Senior Engineer at our company located in Faridabad, you will be the technical expert responsible for product data. With a minimum of 5-7 years of experience and a degree in B.E/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics or a related field, you will be well-versed in control panel products, such as relays, energy meters, current transformers, and signal conditioners, within the electrical and electronics industry. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing data from competitors and the market to provide actionable insights, reports, and presentations. Your key responsibilities will include solving inquiries related to the product portfolio and its technical aspects, creating and maintaining a database for product comparison with competitors, and collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product conversion and integration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with a particular focus on data analysis and reporting using Excel. Additionally, your role will require you to understand business objectives, conduct competitive analysis on various market offerings, identify trends, pricing models, and sales strategies while staying informed about market trends and implementing best practices. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to interpret large amounts of data, multi-task, and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. Furthermore, your role may involve international travel, so a valid passport is a special requirement for this position.
