Job Description

You will be responsible for understanding the basic design concepts of Electrical, ELV, FTTH, Solar, DG, sub-station, Low & Medium voltage distribution for residential & commercial buildings. You will need to grasp the concept of design-built drawing and conduct critical studies in terms of value engineering, techno-commercial aspects, maintenance, Electricity act & NBC. Your role will involve studying the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Tenders, and providing comments for Vendor finalization. You will also be managing Vendors from kick-off meetings till the handover of the project, including day-to-day management, resource management, schedule management as per Master Schedule Plan (MSP) & senior management requirements. An essential part of your job will be to find amicable resolutions for all site issues by involving and coordinating all stakeholders at the site, such as Civil, Finishing, Structural, Architect, Consultant, BMC, Electrical Inspector, Customer, Sales team, Contract team, design, safety, quality team, etc. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with Power Supply Agencies, BMC, MERC & MPCB when required. Your focus should be on cost-effective and innovative thinking, digital acumen, and the motivation to grow within the organization. Sharing knowledge with colleagues and having a dedicated intention to bring subordinates to higher levels is also essential. Additionally, you should be capable of independent billing and audit tasks.,
