Key Responsibilities:

1. MEP Systems Management:

o Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and other building services.

o Ensure all MEP works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and industry standards.

o Coordinate with consultants and vendors to resolve design and execution issues promptly.

2. Electrical Systems:

o Supervise electrical installations such as power distribution systems, lighting, earthing, and panel boards.

o Monitor load distribution, equipment installation, and ensure adherence to safety norms and energy efficiency standards.

o Conduct regular inspections and verify the quality and functionality of electrical systems.

3. Mechanical & HVAC Systems:

o Ensure proper execution and alignment of mechanical systems including HVAC, ventilation, and air-conditioning works.

o Review and verify ducting layouts, piping systems, and equipment installations as per design requirements.

o Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and installation of equipment.

4. Plumbing & Fire-Fighting Systems:

o Oversee plumbing and water supply systems, including drainage, sump, STP, and overhead tank connections.

o Ensure proper installation and testing of fire-fighting systems and related safety equipment.

o Verify that all plumbing materials and fittings meet approved quality standards.

5. Coordination & Supervision:

o Collaborate with project, civil, and design teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.

o Plan and monitor work progress to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks.

o Review vendor drawings, material submittals, and coordinate approvals with consultants.

6. Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain detailed records of work progress, testing reports, and equipment certifications.

o Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update management on MEP milestones.

o Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and project documentation.

Experience & Qualification:

· 5 to 7 years of experience in MEP execution, coordination, and systems management within construction projects.

· BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

· Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting systems.

· Familiarity with MEP design drawings, load calculations, and project scheduling.

· Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Projects preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
