The position primarily focuses on driving Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives across various product lines within the PDCA division of ES-Americas. The candidate should possess strong expertise in VAVE methodologies, cost reduction, and cost avoidance through New Product Introductions (NPI). Must demonstrate excellent decision-making, effective communication and collaboration skills to engage global stakeholders across PDCA product lines. The role involves leading cost reduction projects using Design to Value methodology, setting benchmarks for cost optimization processes. A solid technical understanding of electrical products, especially in the Low Voltage (LV) and Medium Voltage (MV) segments, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should be adept at capturing internal customer requirements, managing projects efficiently, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
BE/Btech/ME/Mtech in Mechanical
7 to 10 years experience in industry. Various electrical products Circuit breaker, Fuses, Panel boards, LV/MV switchgear
Product design, VAVE expertise, Electromechanical products Costout & cost avoidance, Teardown & benchmarking, BOM costing
Working in global business environment, Decision making, Collaboration & communication, result oriented, Strategic planning, good presentation skills
