Roles and Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Execution

  – Manage daily site activities, ensuring construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with special focus on hospital-specific requirements and finishing works. Maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.

• Coordination & Communication

  – Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors,

  vendors

  ,

  subcontractors

  , and the project management team to ensure proper alignment on design changes, material requirements, and execution schedules.

• Project Monitoring & Reporting

  – Track project timelines, identify and address delays, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.

• Resource & Safety Management

  – Plan manpower, materials, and equipment effectively while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance with statutory regulations applicable to hospital projects.

• Verification & Compliance

  – Cross-check contractors’ work measurements and bills before payment, and ensure all construction activities meet legal, municipal, environmental, and healthcare facility-specific codes.

• Quality Supervision on Client Site

  – Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets quality benchmarks and client expectations, addressing any deviations immediately.

Requirements

• Education:

  BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  Minimum 10–12 years in site execution, including at least

  5 years in finishing works

  .

• Hospital Project Experience:

  Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility construction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
