Job Title: Senior Engineer About Company : - Raviraj Realty is the name of trust and affection that has been continuously operating in theReal Estate Industry for the past 30 years . Roles and Responsibilities : Site Supervision & Execution – Manage daily site activities, ensuring construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, with special focus on hospital-specific requirements and finishing works. Maintain smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly. Coordination & Communication – Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors , subcontractors , and the project management team to ensure proper alignment on design changes, material requirements, and execution schedules. Project Monitoring & Reporting – Track project timelines, identify and address delays, and prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders. Resource & Safety Management – Plan manpower, materials, and equipment effectively while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and compliance with statutory regulations applicable to hospital projects. Verification & Compliance – Cross-check contractors’ work measurements and bills before payment, and ensure all construction activities meet legal, municipal, environmental, and healthcare facility-specific codes. Quality Supervision on Client Site – Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets quality benchmarks and client expectations, addressing any deviations immediately. Requirement s : Education: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 10–12 years in site execution, including at least 5 years in finishing works . Hospital Project Experience: Prior experience in hospital or healthcare facility construction is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
