What You’ll Do

• Design & Develop

  : Build and optimize AI-driven healthcare software solutions (EMR, goal generation, billing automation, appointment scheduling)

• Leverage AI Tools

  : From GPT-based coding aids to MLOps platforms: test, adopt, and scale cutting-edge AI capabilities

• Innovate Workflows

  : Help define processes that harness the power of AI at every stage, eliminating manual overhead and outdated methods

• Collaborate & Share

  : Work alongside healthcare professionals, product managers, and fellow AI enthusiasts in a dynamic, fully remote environment

• Drive Growth

  : Contribute to our mission of modernizing allied healthcare, improving patient care outcomes, and bringing next-level transparency for parents and caregivers

About You

• Experienced Engineer:

  Proven experience going through full software development lifecycle

• AI Advocate

  : You’ve mastered coding with AI tools, large language models, or advanced NLP/ML frameworks, and want to do it daily.

• Innovative Mindset

  : You see beyond “the way things have always been done” and challenge the status quo

• Technical Proficiency

  : Strong background in software development, able to develop or modify full stack (including React app) at least using AI.

• Team Player

  : You believe in open communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration

• Healthcare Passion

  (Bonus): Experience or interest in healthcare technology, EMRs, or allied healthcare processes
