This is an excellent opportunity to join the sales team as a Business Development Executive. We are looking for an ambitious and confident graduate with 2-3 years of sales experience. You need to be highly confident, articulate, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment. A real desire to succeed with a tenacious appetite for developing new business and building relationships is essential. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, and all other aspects of the sale. Building long-term relationships founded on the principles of ROI and offering solutions that improve the overall business productivity and profitability of engineering and manufacturing environments is key. The role involves Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Business Development & Acquisition operations, including market research, cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, negotiation, project management, manpower assignment & handling, and all other aspects of engineering services coordination. Key coordination with management is crucial for deciding, planning, and forecasting business strategies. Planning & implementing Sales Strategies to meet the business objectives of the organization is a significant part of the role. Your responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly/annual sales targets and revenue goals through large account mapping and key account management. Managing the end-to-end business development operations of the assigned territory, providing detailed, accurate monthly forecasts, and working closely with engineers to demonstrate solutions to fill client needs is essential for success.
