As an Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to industrial customers. In the pre-sales role, you will be involved in preparing customized demonstrations, managing demonstration equipment, conducting effective presentations to customers, and assessing customer needs to present Engineering Solutions, focusing on SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD & CAE products. Additionally, you will be finalizing benchmark scope of work for demonstrations. In the post-sales role, you will be responsible for software license implementation, conducting training programs for clients and internal employees, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting services for software solutions. This will involve personal visits to client locations within the assigned territory to deliver technical support activities including evaluation, presentation, benchmarking, installation, and training.
