Senior Engineer/ Engineer (Sales & Marketing)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in

  Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• 57 years

  of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in transformer components, electrical product manufacturing, or assembly industries
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in computers; knowledge of

  SAP

  preferred
• Willingness to travel; go-getter attitude and pleasing personality
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and motivational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement

  sales strategies

  to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
• Independently manage the

  entire sales cycle

  , from cold calling, business development, negotiation, to deal closure.
• Generate

  timely sales reports

  and assist in revenue forecasting.
• Analyze market and customer data to identify new

  sales opportunities

  .
• Determine pricing schedules and discount rates; review operational records to project sales and profitability.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of manufactured products, services, and commodities.
• Maintain records of export correspondence, bid requests, credit collections, and stay updated on tariffs, licenses, and restrictions.
• Resolve

  customer complaints

  regarding sales and service promptly.
• Oversee and coordinate activities related to sales/service accounting, recordkeeping, and shipping/receiving operations.
• Represent the company at

  trade associations and industry events

  to promote products.
