Senior Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for the Senior Engineer Executive in a construction department oversees engineering projects from conception to completion, managing project lifecycle, budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure projects meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards

• Manage all phases of construction projects, from initial planning and design to execution and completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide technical expertise, analyze survey data, and review engineering plans and designs to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
• Ensure all engineering activities and projects comply with relevant industry codes, government regulations, and safety standards
• Develop project budgets, estimate costs, manage resources effectively, and coordinate the procurement of materials and equipment to support project needs.
• Identify potential risks, assess deviations from plans, and provide innovative solutions to overcome technical issues and construction challenges.

Skills:

• A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, or a related field.
• A valid engineering license and certification.
• Several years of experience as a senior engineer or in a related construction role.
• Proficiency with project management and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
