Senior Engineer (Civil)

As a Senior Civil Engineer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include: - **Project Leadership:** Leading and managing civil engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. - **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensuring all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. - **Team Management:** Supervising and mentoring junior engineers and technical staff to create a collaborative and productive work environment. - **Stakeholder Coordination:** Collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives. - **Site Supervision:** Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. - **Risk Management:** Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
