Senior Engineer (Civil)

As a Senior Engineer, you will lead and manage engineering projects with a focus on ensuring technical excellence and project success. With your extensive experience and knowledge, you will serve as a key member of the team, reporting directly to the Project Manager. Your responsibilities will include overseeing projects by setting goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress. You will be instrumental in the design and implementation of complex engineering solutions, such as software programs and applications. Your role will also involve providing technical guidance and direction to the team, mentoring less experienced engineers, and collaborating with various stakeholders including other engineers, product managers, and designers. In addition, you will be expected to demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, along with a track record of successful implementation of engineering solutions. You will play a crucial role in resource allocation, managing budgets, investing in new technologies, and ensuring effective utilization of human resources. Furthermore, you will oversee the development and implementation of design plans and review/debug code to ensure project success. To be eligible for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of practical working experience. A Master's degree, Ph.D., or industry-specific certification would be advantageous. Your skills should include good problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and a successful track record in a similar role.
