Role Description Architect, deploy, and manage Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director). Lead the configuration and optimization of Azure AVD, Windows 365 (W365), and Azure Virtual Machines for secure, scalable EUC services. Administer and enhance SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense platforms for software distribution, device compliance, and user profile management. Implement best practices for identity and security management using Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory. Lead automation of endpoint provisioning and management via OS Deployment (OSD) tools and PowerShell scripting. Act as a senior escalation point (L3) for complex EUC incidents and service requests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, security, and application teams, to deliver integrated EUC services. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting emerging EUC technologies. Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for team enablement. Support IT leadership in defining and executing the EUC roadmap. 15–18 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing and related infrastructure domains. Citrix (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director) Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Azure VMs SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti AppSense Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, Active Directory Strong automation capabilities using PowerShell for EUC management and scripting. Proven expertise in OS image management, deployment strategies, and endpoint hardening. Experience leading complex projects and mentoring junior team members. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills. Experience with hybrid cloud environments integrating on-prem and cloud-based EUC solutions. Familiarity with Windows Server administration, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and enterprise mobility strategies. Exposure to VDI capacity planning, performance tuning, and EUC cost optimization.
