Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage an effective email marketing strategy.
• Oversee email list creation, segmentation, and campaign management.
• Utilize email marketing automation tools for campaign optimization.
• Generate creative content ideas to enhance marketing efforts and drive website traffic.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to improve the user experience.
• Demonstrate attributes such as intelligence, curiosity, urgency, commitment, passion, and achievement orientation.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solve problems efficiently while managing time and client expectations effectively.
• Leverage expertise in email marketing platforms to enhance campaign performance.
• Directly manage campaign production specialists.
• Utilize email marketing tools for efficient workflow and campaign execution.
• Extract and analyze email data to drive insights and strategy.
• Develop and implement a personalized marketing strategy for audience engagement.
