Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Research market trends and keywords to identify potential client segments.
Scrape and manage verified email leads from search engines, directories, and online tools.
Plan and execute bulk email campaigns (7,000 to 8,000 emails per day) with focus on deliverability and response rates.
Track campaign metrics including open rate, click rate, bounce rate, and conversions.
Maintain structured databases and campaign performance reports.
Train and support junior team members on email tools, lead generation, and outreach processes.
Contribute to improving email templates, SOPs, and automation workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 5 years of experience in email marketing or lead generation.
Strong understanding of bulk mailing tools, CRM systems, and campaign tracking.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing concepts and client outreach methods.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Based in or willing to relocate to Noida for an in-office role.
