Job Description

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Engineer, your primary responsibility is to execute Manufacturing Engineering activities focused on high-quality Process Verification & Validation. You will play a crucial role in sustaining and improving processes, tools, and equipment within the Manufacturing systems to ensure predictable, reliable, stable, and efficient production processes. Your role will involve supporting troubleshooting activities, new product industrialization projects, and manufacturing transfers for the site. Key Responsibilities: - Drive meaningful and innovative Process Validation, suggesting improvements in the process - Support Process Verification, Validation, IQ, OQ, PQ to enhance quality and reduce costs - Act as a technical lead in taking the product development through manufacturing release - Transfer products from Engineering to Manufacturing and manage the sustaining of different devices - Work as a part of the Supplier Transfer Excellence Team (STET) within Philips - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver solutions through the execution of PDLM, Lifecycle, and Solutions Processes - Understand the Design, test proto parts, conduct Concept & Feasibility studies - Ensure proper documentation for the developed design and provide input for Manufacturing requirements - Guide and perform Process Validation related tests and create Quality Control Plan and Work Instructions - Oversee equipment installation, support ramp-up of specific processes at the site - Support implementation of design changes, maintain product and company reputation - Communicate with Suppliers for design transfer and query solving - Ensure adherence to compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements - Oversee process technology development activities and support Regulatory agency audits and inspections Qualifications Required: - Completed engineering studies at the university level in Electronics/Electrical - 4 to 8 years of relevant industry experience - Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods & tools used in electrical design, Digital Electronics, Analog circuits, Cable Harness design, Value Addition, Value Engineering, and peripheral interfaces - Experience in the field of Medical Devices product design - Disciplined team worker with the ability to work independently - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Drive for results and quality mindset Note: The job offers a rewarding career with an attractive package, an extensive set of tools for career growth, collective health insurance, and opportunities for personal development.
