Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software design patterns, backend development, database architecture, and modern DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, implementing complex business logic, and ensuring optimal performance across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable backend architecture using industry-standard design patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton, Repository, etc.).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective database structures using SQL Server.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Debug and troubleshoot application and system-level issues to ensure performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Integrate real-time communication using SignalR and MQTT for high-performance applications.
• Ensure secure and scalable authentication using JWT and OAuth2.
• Design and understand multi-threaded applications, including CPU core/thread management for performance optimization.
• Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams to manage load balancing, containerization, and deployment strategies.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best practices across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• In-depth understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
• Solid experience with SQL Server – advanced querying, indexing, optimization, and database design.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills at both code and infrastructure level.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, Git, and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Good knowledge of multithreading, CPU performance, and system resource management.
• Experience implementing real-time communication using SignalR and/or MQTT.
• Understanding of load balancer configuration and behavior in distributed environments.
• Experience with secure authentication protocols like JWT, OAuth2.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
