Senior Domestic IT Recruiter – SME

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IT technologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a

  Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  for Domestic IT recruitment.
• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and team culture.
  
• Source high-quality candidates using job portals, referrals, networking, and social platforms.
  
• Screen and evaluate candidates for

  technical expertise, cultural fit, and role alignment

  .
• Maintain and manage ATS (preferably

  Ceipal

  ) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
• Build and maintain a

  strong and active talent pipeline

  for current and future requirements.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer ratio, and closures.
  
• Ensure a

  positive and professional candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.
• Provide guidance and mentoring support to junior recruiters when required.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  .

• 5–6 years of proven experience

  in

  Senior Domestic IT Recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and hiring trends.
  
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS tools (Ceipal preferred)

  and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent

  communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

  .
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.
  
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on process improvement and results.
  
• Ability to work

  independently as well as collaboratively

  within a team environment.
