Senior Director, People Experience

As a Senior Director PX, APAC at Milestone Technologies, you will report to the Chief People Officer and collaborate closely with managers, US HR, and local service delivery teams to support employees in India and other Asia-Pacific locations. Your role encompasses various aspects of human resources, including employee relations, legal compliance, organizational development, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring the satisfaction of our employees. You will thrive in a dynamic environment where each day presents new challenges. - Be the primary point of contact for People Success for our service delivery teams in APAC - Collaborate with the Corporate People Success team in the US and other global cross-functional teams to implement programs and provide training - Coach managers on employment law and people processes - Manage employee relations issues - Ensure compliance with local HR laws and regulations - Evaluate compensation and benefits programs - Develop and maintain People Operations policies - Administer post-termination surveys and exit interviews - Oversee new hire onboarding - Facilitate career planning and employee development activities - Manage Health & Safety in the region To qualify for this role, you should have: - At least 8 years of experience in human resources, preferably as an HR Business Partner - Knowledge of laws, benefits, and requirements across multiple countries - Familiarity with HR practices in India and other Asian countries - Excellent decision-making skills - Strong communication abilities - Expertise in Employee Relations - Capacity to work effectively with remote teams - Exceptional attention to detail The compensation for this position will be determined based on your knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, and location.
