Job Description

Role Overview: You will be redefining how brands communicate by merging creativity with the power of generative AI for one of our clients. Your role will involve leading strategic partnerships with top brands across various industries such as FMCG, BFSI, Automotive, Retail, and Consumer Tech. You will be responsible for translating product innovation into compelling business outcomes and delivering measurable value to enterprise clients. Additionally, you will own and lead CXO-level conversations, drive compelling brand narratives, and act as a strategic advisor to clients, shaping marketing strategies that use AI to unlock scale, personalization, and speed. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, forecasting and optimizing sales performance, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategic partnerships with top brands across FMCG, BFSI, Automotive, Retail, and Consumer Tech. - Translate product innovation into compelling business outcomes for enterprise clients. - Own and lead CXO-level conversations to build high-impact use cases and content solutions. - Drive compelling brand narratives blending AI potential with campaign storytelling. - Act as a strategic advisor, shaping marketing strategies using AI to unlock scale, personalization, and speed. - Partner closely with creative, tech, and product teams to co-develop campaign prototypes, POCs, and branded pilots. - Own and grow a high-value portfolio, targeting 100 Cr+ in ARR contribution. - Forecast, track, and optimize sales performance while nurturing long-term client relationships. Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of experience in enterprise brand sales, brand strategy, or agency business development. - Deep, trusted network among CMOs, digital marketing heads, and brand leaders. - Proven track record of closing large brand deals and driving multi-channel campaign strategies. - Strong storytelling ability connecting business challenges with creative and technical solutions. - Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a product-led environment. - Bonus: Exposure to martech, adtech, content tech, or AI-based platforms.,
