Senior Digital Repair Specialist

As a member of the team at Reliance Industries Limited, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers to address handset and other Mobility/Fixed devices related issues. This will involve troubleshooting device defects, handling device queries, recording job entries in the Customer Relationship Management portal, and upgrading software of devices. Additionally, you will be tasked with assembling/dismantling smartphones, repairing handsets by changing components such as screens, speakers, mic, camera, and handling cash collected through service. Key Responsibilities: - Interact with customers on handset and other devices related issues - Troubleshoot device defects - Handle device queries - Record job entries in Customer Relationship Management portal - Upgrade software of devices - Assemble/dismantle smartphones - Repair handsets by changing components such as screen, speaker, mic, camera, etc. - Repair handsets by PCB swap, sub-PCBA/charging connector replacement - Deposit cash collected through service - Verify devices for exchange - Inspect FTTx devices - Travel to various touchpoints as planned or when required - Train/Support/Supervise extended service touchpoints at own stores - Engage in Device Service Delivery - Participate in activities such as attending complaint calls, coaching Jio Associates, and enhancing their productivity Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in handset repairs and device care - Education: 10+2/ITI/Diploma/Certification in Device Care At Reliance Industries Limited, you will have the opportunity to be part of a company committed to innovation, excellence, and sustainability.
