Senior Digital Repair Specialist

As a Customer Service Associate at our company located in Hassan, your role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include: - Shortlisting, onboarding, and certifying Partner/Technicians - Ensuring availability and managing upgrades or terminations - Conducting initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic refresher programs - Delivering hands-on field training through OJTs - Tracking KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians - Taking corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes - Guiding and supporting issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction - Conducting audits, inventory reconciliation, and FTTx device inspections - Handling walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM entries, and software upgrades - Training and supporting extended service points - Traveling to touchpoints as per requirement - Handling complaint management, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates as per need Qualification Required: - Diploma, preferably in ECE/Telecommunication/IT/CS Experience Requirement: - 2 to 4 Years Skills & Competencies: - Customer Focus - Communication skills - Problem Solving skills - Handset repair skills - Knowledge of spares operations - Knowledge of CRM Systems - Technical knowledge and field team management skills Please note that the location for this position is in Hassan.,
