We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Expert who can take full ownership of digital marketing strategy and execution across clients. This is a leadership role that requires strong hands-on expertise combined with the ability to manage, guide, and scale a team of digital marketers and PPC specialists. The ideal candidate is strategic, data-driven, and deeply experienced in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, SEO executives, and PPC specialists
  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end digital marketing strategies for multiple clients
  • Take hands-on ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns
  • Formulate performance-driven strategies to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI
  • Analyze campaign data, identify insights, and optimise performance based on metrics
  • Guide the team on best practices, testing frameworks, and scaling strategies
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams to align marketing strategy with execution
  • Track, measure, and report performance using analytics and dashboards
  • Ensure all campaigns are aligned with client objectives and business outcomes

Paid Media & Performance Marketing

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including funnel-based campaigns
  • Ability to structure, optimise, and scale ad accounts with a clear focus on ROAS and CPL
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, and attribution

SEO & Website Management

  • Solid hands-on experience with SEO, including on-page, technical, and content SEO
  • Ability to guide SEO strategies and oversee execution by the team
  • Working knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to make minor website changes when required
  • Understanding of landing page optimization and CRO principles

Data & Strategy Focus

  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to interpret performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
  • Regularly review performance and refine strategies to achieve better results

Leadership & Team Management

  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a digital marketing team
  • Ability to set clear KPIs, workflows, and accountability structures
  • Strong communication skills to guide teams and present strategies clearly

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • WordPress (basic edits and updates)
  • Reporting and performance tracking tools

What We’re Looking For
A senior-level digital marketer who can balance strategy with execution, lead a team effectively, and consistently drive measurable results through data-backed decisions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,724.44 - ₹40,000.00 per month
