About Us: NurturingCubs, Adampur is a leading Digital Marketing agency specializing in creating innovative and effective digital marketing strategies for clients across various industries. About the role: We are looking to expand our technical team with a full-time inhouse position at our Adampur (Punjab) office. This dedicated team member will be a self-managing digital marketing expert. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience working in a Digital marketing agency in which they had a directly technical role. With a strong proficiency in English, the candidate will be able to confidently host client meetings via video to discuss their goals and review their campaigns and projects. Our new team member is required to have worked on multiple client portfolios (different niches). You will be responsible for a wide range of digital marketing activities, including website development, SEO, and PPC advertising. Key Responsibilities: Website Design and Development: Design and develop responsive websites and e-commerce stores using CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or Magento. Ensure website optimization for mobile devices and different screen sizes. Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO factors, including meta tags, content optimization, and backlink building. Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other tools. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms. Track and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI. Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement effective social media strategies. Create engaging content and manage social media channels. Monitor social media analytics to measure performance. Who We're Looking For: We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, a problem-solver, and a team player. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 5+years of experience working in a digital marketing agency. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or Magento. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console. A strong portfolio of websites and digital marketing projects, including e-commerce websites. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
