Digital Marketing Executive (Education Sector)Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead online marketing efforts for our educational institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to promote courses, events, admissions, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the education sector.
  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Drive targeted traffic for student admissions, inquiries, and brand engagement.
  • Content & Social Media
  • Manage official social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Create engaging, student-focused content (posts, reels, blogs, stories, infographics).
  • Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives and campaign materials.

SEO & Website Management

  • Optimize website for search engines to improve rankings and organic visibility.
  • Ensure updated information about courses, events, and admissions on the website.
  • Track user behavior and improve website lead generation funnels.

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns.
  • Manage CRM tools to track and nurture student inquiries.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns for admissions and engagement.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on ROI, conversions, and admissions.
  • Suggest improvements for better digital performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (1–3 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative content skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,498.02 - ₹30,017.23 per month
