Senior DevOps Engineer / Manager (Looking For Immediate Joiners)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong knowledge of AWS Cloud to join our team. The candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment, monitoring, automation, and management of applications in a scalable and secure cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to deploy to both on-prem & Aws cloud.
2. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, or other CI/CD tools like Jenkins/GitLab, requiring strong hands-on experience.
3. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, requiring strong expertise.
4. Manage and monitor AWS services with strong knowledge of:
5. Compute & Serverless: EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Fargate
6. Storage & Databases: S3, RDS, DynamoDB, EFS
7. Networking: VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, ELB, Route 53
8. Event & Messaging: Amazon Event Bridge, SNS, SQS
9. Monitoring & Logging: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana
10. Implement alerting, logging, and metrics dashboards with strong operational knowledge to monitor application and infrastructure health.
11. Manage IAM roles, policies, and security best practices, including KMS encryption and secrets management, requiring strong understanding of AWS security.
12. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies for critical systems with strong knowledge of best practices.
13. Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and scalability, requiring strong analytical skills.
14. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, automate manual tasks, and improve operational processes, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
15. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards with strong knowledge of governance requirements.

Required Skills:

1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services: S3, EC2, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, VPC, ELB, Route 53, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Event Bridge, Code Pipeline, Code Build, Code Deploy, and CloudFront.
2. Strong experience with CI/CD tools and automation using Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS native tools.
3. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK.
4. Proficiency in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, with strong knowledge of cluster management.
5. Strong scripting skills: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
6. Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in AWS environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional.
2. Experience with serverless architectures (Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway) and strong knowledge of event-driven architectures.
