Job Description We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with 5+ years of experience building scalable web apps using React JS, with deep expertise in React, Redux Toolkit, and strong analytical skills. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) is a plus. This is a product-focused role. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable web apps using React JS and Redux Toolkit. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams on end-to-end features. Translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimize apps for speed, scalability, and responsiveness. Follow modern front-end architecture and ensure code quality through testing and reviews. Mentor junior developers on best practices. Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation. Participate in architectural discussions and recommend improvements. Experience 5+ years in front-end development with a focus on React JS. Demonstrated success in SaaS or enterprise product development. Technical Skills Expert in React (hooks, functional components, performance tuning) Advanced Redux Toolkit usage for state management . Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and testing (e.g., Jest, RTL) Familiar with REST APIs and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
