Role Overview

Tech Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement backend systems using

  Node.js

  and

  PHP (Laravel)

  .
• Lead and develop database schemas and data layers in

  MongoDB

  (including MongoDB Atlas) and

  MySQL

  .
• Build automation bots and tools using

  Puppeteer

  or similar technologies.
• Lead the deployment of systems in a

  serverless architecture

  or cloud environment (e.g., AWS).
• Manage end-to-end deployments, CI/CD, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
  
• Configure and optimize servers using

  Linux

  ,

• Maintain a strong focus on

  security

  , performance, and reliability of core payment systems.
• Act as a technical lead: mentor junior developers, conduct design reviews, and set coding best practices.
  
• Collaborate cross-functionally: with product, frontend, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features.
  
• Own critical production systems: monitor, troubleshoot, and improve uptime and resilience.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years

  of professional experience in backend development / full-stack development.
• Expertise in

  Node.js

  and

  PHP (Laravel)

  .
• Strong experience with

  MongoDB

  (preferably MongoDB Atlas) and

  MySQL

  .
• Experience building and managing bots / automation (e.g., using Puppeteer).
  
• Experience with

  cloud architectures

  (serverless preferred) and working with AWS or equivalent.
• Proficient with

  Git

  , code reviews, and version control best practices.
• Strong command of

  Linux

  , and experience configuring

  NGINX

  or

  Apache

  .
• Understanding of RESTful API design, security best practices, and performance optimization.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and strong communication abilities.
