Senior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end design for mobile applications from concept through execution and iteration.
• Translate product goals and user needs into compelling and elegant mobile experiences.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct and incorporate user research, usability testing, and feedback into the design process.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms while adhering to native guidelines (Apple HIG, Material Design).
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on analytics and user feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your mobile design work and design thinking process.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
• Solid understanding of platform-specific design standards and constraints.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in motion design or micro-interactions.
• Familiarity with front-end development or working knowledge of how mobile apps are built.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Previous work in e-commerce, fintech, healthcare, or other domain-specific mobile products.
