We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our growing team in NCR.

📌 Position Details:

Title: Senior Designer

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: NCR

Education: B.Arch. / Bachelor’s in Interior Design

Team Size: Individual Contributor

Salary Range: ₹23 L – ₹28 L

Highly organized with a natural flair for design and creativity

Ability to juggle multiple fast-moving projects under pressure

Strong interpersonal & collaborative mindset

Innovative problem solver with process-driven thinking

🛠 Knowledge & Skills Required:

3+ years of professional interior design experience

Proven expertise in residential, hospitality & workspace design projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Illustrator (or other design programs)

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead design projects from concept to completion

Translate client needs into design concepts & final briefs

Create mood boards, layouts, and design developments

Selection of materials & furniture within budget

Work with 3D designers to develop visuals

Collaborate with sales, procurement & construction teams for seamless execution

Ensure delivery excellence from design to project handover
