Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Engineer, located in Chennai. The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical and electrical components, creating precise CAD models, and leading product design projects. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring that designs meet quality and technical requirements while adhering to timelines. The engineer will also work on conceptualizing and improving product performance and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Design Engineering, Product Design, and Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, with experience in creating detailed technical drawings
• Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles as they apply to automation and special-purpose machines
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative mindset for developing advanced solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sectors is highly desirable
• Excellent project management and communication skills
