Role Description

The Senior Dealer will be responsible for handling equity and derivative transactions, executing trades on platforms such as NSE and BSE, and providing financial advice to clients. The role includes managing customer portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining professional client relationships. The Senior Dealer will actively monitor the market, provide market insights, and help achieve sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kottayam.

Qualifications

Proven experience in securities broking and financial markets, including equity and derivatives trading
Strong skills in portfolio management, financial analysis, and research
Proficiency in market compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Certifications such as NISM/NCFM, knowledge of SEBI regulations, and registration with stock market bodies are advantageous
Proficiency in using trading platforms and financial software tools
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
