About AdZeta AdZeta is a technology company that leverages AI-powered smart bidding technology to drive high LTV and profitability for e-commerce and D2C brands. We turn first-party data into predictive, value-based bidding and personalised customer journeys. As we expand our data practice, we’re searching for a Data Strategist who can translate complex datasets into clear business stories that drive measurable revenue lift. End-to-End Analytics > Build and maintain marketing dashboards in Tableau or Power BI that surface channel-level ROI, LTV, and incrementality. Data Engineering & ETL > Design ETL pipelines in Google Cloud (BigQuery) or comparable environments; automate data blends from GA4, Adobe Analytics, CRMs, and CDPs. Audience & Personalisation > Partner with media teams to create high-value audiences; inform campaign personalisation strategies using segmentation, propensity scoring, and AI models. Storytelling & Advisory > Turn raw numbers into board-ready insights; present findings that influence creative, media, and product road-maps. Experimentation & AI > Test and deploy AI/ML frameworks to predict churn, optimise bidding, and generate next-best-action recommendations. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years in marketing analytics, mar-tech, or data-driven consulting. Proficiency in SQL plus one BI tool (Tableau or Power BI). Hands-on experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, and at least one CDP or audience platform. Fluency in ETL concepts and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery / GCP preferred). Strong data-storytelling chops—able to persuade both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exposure to AI/ML concepts or tooling (Vertex AI, AutoML, or similar) is a big plus. Nice-to-Have Experience with campaign analytics for paid search, paid social, or programmatic. Familiarity with server-side tagging, GTM, or Cloud Functions.
