Senior Data Scientist – AI/ML (8–10 Years Relevant Experience Required) 📍 Location: Kochi / Trivandrum – Hybrid (3 Days a Week) 🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 60 Days 💼 Experience: 11+ Years Total (Min. 8–10 Years Relevant) 💰 Compensation: Up to ₹40 LPA About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic analytics team. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver impactful AI/ML solutions, enabling data-driven decision-making across diverse business domains. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business teams to translate complex problems into data science use-cases. Design and develop scalable AI/ML models tailored to client needs. Work with data engineers to gather, clean, and preprocess data. Implement ML algorithms including regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning. Collaborate with BI teams to build intuitive dashboards and visualizations. Work with application teams to deploy models as microservices (e.g., Flask, AWS Lambda). Contribute to team growth by mentoring junior data scientists. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, or Economics. 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science projects. Proficient in Python or R, and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc. Strong understanding of algorithms: Regression, SVM, Random Forest, Clustering, NLP, LLMs, etc. Experience with deep learning and reinforcement learning techniques. Exposure to cloud platforms – AWS / Azure. SQL, NoSQL, and data warehousing knowledge. Deployment experience via Flask, Azure Functions, or AWS Lambda. Familiarity with visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Plotly. Preferred Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management. Proactive problem-solving mindset. Team leadership and mentoring capabilities. Analytical mindset with attention to patterns and data accuracy. 🔍 Locations Preferred: Candidates from Kochi / Trivandrum preferred.
