About the Role As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be instrumental in advancing our Media Measurement platform and data science capabilities. You will develop innovative solutions that provide precise, actionable insights to our clients through advanced modeling techniques, automation, and causal inference methodologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to drive innovation in media measurement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enhance media measurement models, incorporating various media variables, market factors, and causal signals Implement advanced statistical techniques including Bayesian inference, hierarchical models, and experimental design Design and maintain automated systems for model training, deployment, and monitoring Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate data science solutions into our platform Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable business insights Lead R&D initiatives to explore and implement cutting-edge measurement methodologies Provide expert guidance on measurement results and business recommendations Drive innovation in media measurement science and methodology Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data science, with focus on media analytics, econometrics, or causal inference B.S. or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related quantitative field Strong expertise in media measurement and attribution methodologies Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling techniques Experience with large-scale data processing and probabilistic modeling Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with model deployment and monitoring at scale Good to have: Experience in Geo Incrementality Testing and analysis Background in Media Mix Modeling (MMM) Experience with marketing effectiveness measurement Familiarity with A/B testing and experimental design Experience with marketing analytics platforms and tools Show more Show less
