Meta Ads Specialist


Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and scale Meta ad campaigns targeting local and regional audiences 
  • Format, edit, and deploy high-performing video assets for placements including Reels, Stories, and Feed 
  • Test headlines, ad copy, creative formats, and audiences to identify the most effective combinations 
  • Optimize campaigns to drive measurable conversions and ROI—not just engagement or reach 
  • Deliver concise performance breakdowns with actionable insights and next-step recommendations 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy with client goals and funnel stages 
  • Stay current with Meta algorithm updates, ad format trends, and competitive benchmarks


Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns with proven lead generation success 
  • Skilled in formatting and editing video content for all major Meta placements 
  • Strong combination of creative instinct and data interpretation 
  • Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills 
  • Proficient with Meta Ads Manager, Creative Hub, Events Manager, and reporting dashboards 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment managing multiple accounts
