Job Description

We re looking for someone who brings leadership, technical depth, and a collaborative spirit.

You might be a great fit if you have:

Proven experience in service delivery and client engagement
Strong knowledge of cloud data platforms
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and an ITIL certification (preferred)
Expertise in data modelling (Kimball methodology) and data warehousing concepts
A proactive, mentoring mindset and dedication to team success
