Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Gurugram & Bangalore

Experience: 4+ Years

Budget: Up to 13 LPA

Job Summary:

Senior Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
Perform
data mapping
between source and target systems across various projects.
Write complex
SQL queries
to validate, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for BI reports and dashboards.
Create and maintain reports/dashboards using
Power BI
and/or
Tableau
.
Support data integration efforts and ensure data consistency across systems.
Identify gaps, trends, and data quality issues to support decision-making.
Document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings clearly.

Required Skills & Experience:

48 years
of experience as a
Data Analyst
.
Strong hands-on expertise in
SQL
(joins, aggregations, subqueries, CTEs, etc.).
Solid experience in
data mapping
, data lineage, and understanding of relational databases.
Proficient in
Power BI
and/or
Tableau
for building and analyzing dashboards.
Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, AWS).
Familiarity with ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
Domain knowledge in [e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail] is a plus.
