Job Description

Data Analysis : Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to governance, risk, and control activities. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support decision-making in respective business process context.
Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into the data analytics conducted and GRC metrics and performance. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Risk Assessment : Assist in the identification and assessment of risks for various business processes by analysing data and providing insights into potential risk areas. Support the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Data Quality : Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the dashboards and GRC data by implementing data quality controls and conducting regular data audits. Collaborate with data owners to resolve data quality issues.
Collaboration : Work closely with the GPL/SFPO teams, GRC team, IT, and other departments to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and provide data-driven insights. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the GRC framework.
Documentation : Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings. Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
